Why is your pricing so different from competitiors?

Cheaper:

Unlike some of our competitors that are based out of town, and subcontract work once secured. We are locally owned and operated, and utilize our in-house crews to ensure a timely and quality install.

More expensive 

We are experts in the window and siding field. We pride ourselves on quality and craftsmanship. We bring extensive experience to the table to ensure the best install possible. 

Can you order unusually sized windows?

Yes! We order all our windows on a per-job basis, to ensure the highest accuracy for fitment we can achieve. This makes for a better fit and finish, and a less dramatic installation. 

Can you paint siding?

Yes, you can! We advise homeowners to avoid darker colors such as black, especially on vinyl siding, due to the risk of warping. We recommend consulting with a professional painter for further advice and pricing.

When should we replace our windows?

It significantly changes due to numerous variables. The majority of windows have a typical lifespan of 20-25 years. If you're seeing fog or condensation appearing between the panes of glass. Or if there is obvious cracking along the glass or vital parts of the frame. We recommend giving us a call, we will gladly come out and assess the windows for you.

What is the difference between double and triple pane glass?

The biggest perceivable differences to homeowners, typicaly is the reduction in noise pollution and the increased efficiency when heating and cooling the home.
